Refundable Deposits
Booking Security Deposit €300 - Payable once offer VIA EMAIL is received by you from us.

Utility Advance €400 - Covers utility Bills (Electricity, Refuse etc) Payable with 1st rent payment (Please see terms and conditions on application form.

Rates Per Person – RENT RATES ONLY this price does not include Security deposit or Utility advance rental payments are broken into two parts AUGUST and DECEMBER)

Below are guide prices for the accommodation based on pricing for 2011/12.

Single En-Suite Room - €4875.00 - View Apartment  (Apartment Share)
Deluxe Suite Room - €5850.00 – Limited availability

Room Types can be requested on application but with limited numbers of Studio and Deluxe rooms we cannot guarantee that you will be offered your preference of type of room. Conditions on Deposits.

Conditions on Deposits
Booking/Security deposit is refundable once the apartment has been checked and has been found in conditions as stated in the lease agreement. Utility advance is partially refundable once bills have been calculated. 

Cancellations

First Year Students - In the event of cancellation on or before the 29^th August 2012, €200 of the booking deposit is refundable. There will be no booking deposit refund for cancellation after 29^th  August 2012.

All Other Students – In the event of cancellation on or before the 15^th August 2012, €200 of the booking deposit is refundable. There will be no booking deposit refund for cancellation after 15th August 2012. 

Current Residents

Current residents each year will be given an advance period in which to re-book for the next year. Residents will be advised when application will take place. Early application is advisable to avoid disappointment.
