Introduction

Built in 2004, Victoria Mills’ apartments (Cork) provide student accommodation from September to June. It is specifically designed for student life and is located only five minutes walk from UCC (University College Cork). It will have direct pedestrian access to UCC via a foot bridge in the near future. Our student accommodation is of superior architectural design with all apartments complete with en-suite bedrooms. All accommodation has been acoustically insulated for students’ convenience. We have over 420 bedrooms all with ensuite facilities, broadband access and study desks. There is a shop in the complex, plus private parking and a full time reception warden.

Summer Rates

This rate is inclusive of electricity, utility bills and broadband.
Rent is to be paid monthly in advance.
Bed linen is not provided
